I own mineral interests in the James Patterson Tract in Robertson County, Texas. Comstock has held the lease on the minerals and the lease has been renewed.
Since I no longer live in the area, I’m trying to get a better sense of the current activity and development outlook for this tract. Does anyone have information on Comstock’s drilling plans, leasing activity, upcoming wells, or potential development in the area that could include the Patterson Tract?
I’d especially appreciate any insight from anyone familiar with Comstock’s current plans or drilling activity in this part of Robertson County.
