I have a client recently offered a $100 per acre bonus and 15% royalty for a lease of their oil/gas interests on 160 acres in Jackson County, Colorado.

Please post if you know of any leasing activity, bonus and/or royalty rates being paid in that area of Colorado.

Don’t know much about that area of Jackson. We have stuff over in 9N-80W and we’ve had similar offers.
