I inherited mineral rights but I’m struggling to figure out where exactly they are and if there is a well on them. I’ve found the original deed which only lists SE/4 of 2668 T. E. & L. Co. Survey in Jack County. I’m not sure how to translate that into League/Labor/Block.

@Evan_Thomas, this area is also known as A-763, or section 2668 of the TE & L Survey. It is in the southwest portion of the county about 6.5 miles south of Bryson, TX. It doesn’t look like there are any active wells in the SE quadrant.

@Evan_Thomas, the RRC map above does show any known plugged or historical wells. Only a “dry hole” is shown in the area.
