Is there any activity going on in the area of Blk 33 H and TC? Is this area a good location for solar farms?

Diamondback has multiple recent horizontal permits about 6 miles due west of Block 33. Nothing else any closer. As to viability for solar - that will depend on topography, terrain and other surface issues. As with my previous post @ Reeves County Section 14, all permit info can be found on the Tx RRC site.

Solar ( and wind) farms are probably not gaining much traction in today’s environment. While solar farms are not as affected by horizontal drilling care needs to be taken with any solar lease to protect the mineral access.
