My family’s leases for tracts in a few sections have expired, and I’d like to pursue a new lease. Is this unrealistic given current low oil and gas prices or are companies still leasing?
I've just been offered $125, 3/16th royalty and a 4 year primary term with option to renew for an additional 3 years. McDonald Land Services is offering in 38N, 67 and 68W. Anyone else getting offers? If so, how much??
