My grandfather was a O& G geologist in LA, OK, TX , KS and Central America back in the 40’s–50’s. He always said “ never sell”. In those days all the wells were short and vertical. Look how technology has changed! He would never have imagined ….. If you are being offered good $ , then someone knows something there is likely worthwhile!
