I am looking to find out if my approx. 21 NMA located on the western edge of the mississippian play on the western edge of Woods Co. have any value if I were to sell them. Chesapeake currently has 4 producing wells in which I earn a $250.00 a mo. royalty on. And yes I know the old saying "never sell your rights" but a lump sum of money right now in my life is more important. I have been trying to sell my interest for some time with no luck. Could someone enlighten me as to the lack of interest in the area.
