That section has a pending horizontal well which is why you might have offers. They are going for the Woodford under the old fields.
There have been quite a few offers in areas where horizontal wells are pending. In my experience on my acreage, the offers have been lowball. Any offer that comes with a “pseudo” check on the bottom is highly suspicious. After reading them, they are usually offers that I am not interested in as their language is very negative to the mineral owner.
