Three years ago when oil price was high, Creek County seemed to be a desirable area for many operators and I was receiving many offers. Understandably, after prices crashed, the interest in Creek, and elsewhere, diminished for new development. I've received offers in 12-18N-8E in recent days and wondered if any activity is in progress, or is this just another offer to lock into a more lucrative future development while oil prices are still relatively low?
Anyone else out there received offers?
