Is it a conflict of interest to sign a lease with a company I work for?

An interesting question and situation. How long have you owned the rights and what is your position with your company? Both probably would have some bearing as to a conflict of interest. At the very least, and if you value your job, I'd want to make my employer aware before hand.

I don't see any conflict of interest. The two issues don't have anything to do with one another.
