Hi all - I have recently found that my great uncle left mineral rights in Creek County, and I know very little about it. The property is: W/2 SW/4 and So. 25 acres of the SW/4 NW/4 Sec. 35-17N-8E. It was leased, which has now expired. I would like to know if this property is/has produced at all. Thanks for any input you may provide.
The only wells that are “active” in that section is Mosquito Creek Tr 11 which is in the NW NW quarter, so not yours. Tiny production. Ferris #1 is in the SE quarter so not yours. Nothing for the last 12 months. There was some leasing in 31 and 36 near you in 2017 and mid 2018.
