The original lease was through Venture, and Venture named Arrington as the potential driller. Now the renewal indicates the lease has been assigned to Our Lady of Perpetual Hope and Elberta M. Royalty. I thought Elberta M Royalty was owned by Arrington, as well. Am I mistaken?
You are correct that Arrington is also involved in Elberta M Royalty. I am not familiar with their internal ownership, but the different entities probably have different groups of Arrington’s partners involved.
