A request was made to OCC and the Case Disposition stated “REC 1-13-20.” Does this mean it was recommended but not until January 20, 2020? Application #201810331 was filed on December 13, 2018 and the hearing was January 8, 2019.

The next order will give you more information. Sometimes, not all the information is presented at the first hearing. In this case, they want a multi-unit horizontal well, but it is one of several. See the exhibits. They may need to finish the hearings of all of them before they issue the final orders for what amount of production will be allowed from each one.
