A new “Stratigraphic Core Test” was filed by Neches Bend Resources, LLC. The location is just east of Alto. It looks like Neches Bend may have just been created so it’s probably another operator hiding behind a shell company. This area has been the source of extensive leasing over the past few months that has been discussed on this forum. Although this permit was only filed to 11,000’ could it be related to the potential Haynesville play?
