I’m a tad confused on the mineral interest noted on the statement. I have 143 acres in a 1280 spacing. The invoice says my interest is 0.01322578. Its a 20% royalty so 143/1280 x 100 x .20 = 2.234375 seems like the Trust Share. Thanks in advance DJ
Is this your first royalty check from the unit? Do you have true 20% royalty without any deductions/fees/etc? It sounds like there may be deductions taken out prior to payment.

Thanks, I guess NDSEV $5000, MTR $500 + - are impacting paid Int… I sure can’t complain… Kraken and Oasis still drilling and setting up pads.
The second term is most likely 1.00, not 100. It is a percentage. And if you are looking at the lease, the 143 acres is probably the gross acreage, not your net acreage. Contact the Division Order analyst for your exact breakout by net acres, actual spacing acres, and royalty.
