I recently recovered suspended funds from Midland County production for the years 2003 to the present. The company, Endeavor Energy, was paying me on other wells covered by a separate division order and as such, had all pertinent identification info in their possession. I have requested interest on the amount held because their claim that they lacked an address for me seems inexcusable given that I was in pay status on other wells they produced throughout this period. Is interest payable to me under these circumstances?
