Received a check for interest owed on late payment. It does not have any information about what interest they paid or what months that they paid on. What is the operator required to present with the payment?
I do not think there is any statutory requirement for detail on interest payment. Any time I have gotten an interest check, it has not had detailed calculations. You can ask the operator.
