How do I find out who has filed intent to drill in Section 18-12-10 Canadian County?
Devon has the existing Wheeler 1-7H in Section 18 12N Range 10W, so you could start with them. Validus has a pad in Section 19 and Citizen has a pad in Section 21. I’m not aware of a new pad, but in unincorporated Canadian County we only require a permit for development within a Special Flood Hazard Area (Floodplain) and accessing our maintenance right-of-way with permanent and temporary lines, so the intent to drill you are referencing could be outside that area. I work for Canadian County in the permit office.
The only new permits in that township (so far) are the Harwick 1_12-12N-10W 1HX, 2HX, 3HX in sections 1 and 2.
