You need to make sure that your name and address are properly filed at the Stephens County Courthouse with the recorder. You may also need your probate docs if they were from another county.
Contact the attorney for the pooling order and the Division Order analyst for Continental and make sure that they have the same information. Wise to do all three with a certified mail return receipt so that you have a paper trail. You may need it!
