Inherited rights

Hi there. My family recently found out we had rights from our grandfather. Everyone has sold theirs, and I am about to sign to sell, but I keep wondering if I am crazy to give it up. My portion would only be .41666 of an acre of section 11-3S-4W. So I am assuming that wouldn’t yield much. But does anyone know if that area is producing a lot and should I just hold onto my little piece for possible royalties? Just general thoughts and advice. Thanks in advance

Are you aware that Continental just completed a whole set of horizontal wells in that section? They buyers are trying to get your royalties that are coming in about June. Gentry wells. Horizontal wells deliver much better royalties than conventional vertical wells because of the much higher perforated feet. Even about a half acre may do nicely for multiple wells.
