Thank you very much! As far as we know he is the only one to inherit any of it. His uncle purchased it quite some time ago and left it to his mom. She passed away two years ago and left everything in her will to him and power of attorney, but he is going to speak to our lawyer this afternoon and see what we need to do to have them put into his name. I was looking into.it last night and stumbled upon this page so I figured I could get a few answers here because like I said neither of us really have any idea about mineral rights.
