Inherited oil lease

My recently passed and I found paper for a lease for the following property:

Property described:

  • 177.12 acres
  • Labor 22, League 297
  • Reagan County School Lands
  • Gaines County, Texas

I believe from relatives that she is 25% owner with three other relatives. Oxy is the lessor I believe and I left them a voice message a week ago with no word back yet.

Does anyone have advice or knowledge of Jo to find out more details.
