My sister, niece and I inherited mineral rights in Caddo county, but don’t know specifics as far as number of acres included. Section 2, Township 9N, Range 9W is the information I have. Any help would be appreciated.
You may have to contact the Caddo county clerk to get the link to the online records. You can search for your ancestor’s name and hopefully find probate or deed records that might help. Was there any information on the probate documents when you received the rights? Make sure that you new heirs post an affidavit of address and heirship in Caddo so land men can find you.
Online records for Caddo County start at 1992. Prior to that, records will have to be examined in the Clerk’s office.
James, Can you share the online link for Caddo? That would help a lot of folks. Thanks!
Caddo Co, OK Online records. You may get back to 1990. I like the flex in the system. You can copy and paste the search result to a spreadsheet to speed up your title search; however, no dynamic links. You can also filter search results with a little practice.
