I inherited mineral interest from my father in Payne County - 40 acres in SW/4, NE/4, Section 34, TS 19N, Range 6E. I leased it to a company for a 3 year term. Does anyone know anything about this area?
It looks like they are just leasing at this time. You also gave them a 2 year option to extend the lease .
