Inherited 2 tracts of land with mineral rights

Morning…my sister and i inherited two tracts of land in WV were we have mineral rights. One tract is producing royalties. we are now in discussions with a company that reached out to us to lease for 5 years. Wondering if anyone has knowledge of company called Woodmont Energy formerly Foss Resources. We have an offer but not sure if its good one. Also would appreciate info on what is considered a good leasing offer per acre.

I’ve never heard of the company or the former company. I work with an operator, now focused on Harrison County, but let me know if it’s elsewhere and I might be able to point you in the right direction.
