I’m needing help understanding what interests I have with this well operation
If the question is, what ownership do you have, it can’t be answered based on what you posted. This is just merely showing that a well operated by Mach is located in Section 35-16n-6w, Kingfisher county.
Contact the Division Owner department at Mach and ask them what net acres, what royalty, etc. You need to be ready with your name (or your ancestor’s name), probate or title information, etc. Mach just bought many wells from other companies, so this may be from an older lease with a different operator. Ask them for a copy of the lease if you think you own this well.

I’m trying my best to do my own research before contacting Mach about it.. is there a way to see who’s getting paid by a well’s API number? Or owner interests of a well? And/or what public information can be accessed?
Mach holds the Division Order title opinion which lists all the owners, so not public. You can search the pooling records on the OCC to get at least some of the owners. You can also search www.okcountyrecords.com to see who holds leases. If you have an ancestor that might have owned this area, you can search on their name first.
