Information on activity in Reeves County near SECTION 10, BLOCK 54, TOWNSHIP 7, (T&P Survey) appreciated

I'd like to thank anyone in advance for any information regarding activity in Reeves Co.,TX and especially any near the above legally described tract.

I was advised, 1 1/2 yrs into a 3 year lease, that the leasor "did not want to take those assets this year" but "believed there was money in my land".

I am curious as to the activity in the area asI had been advised, before signing the lease, that a huge "play" was within a mile and "headed my way".

Thanks for your time/insight

Frederick - I control several acres a few miles west of your acrage - Sec. 8, Blk 55. We had it leased until 1/10 when Cimarex dropped the lease. It has not been leased again since that time, and no offers. I don't know why there has been no interest there, but much interest in other areas. Seems to me that is close enough to the river whee most of the oil play is, that there should be something. Last year we did lease some acres in blk 4, H & GN. Good lease, but no action. Just keep hoping, there has been lots of play in Reeves Co. the past few years.
