I recently received a letter from the COGCC offices about a hearing to be held about the Bestway 6-11 well. Since I don't now reside in Colorado, it would be a great help if anyone out there could please tell me what is going on and should I be concerned. I am a mineral rights owner that has inherited these rights but don't know what to do about them. HELP!
