Information needed on appraisal of mineral rights in Brazoria County with an interest in selling

I’m interested in selling part or all of my mineral rights in Brazoria County, West Hastings field.

I really am clueless. I don’t know what I need first—a lawyer, an appraiser or a financial adviser.

I’ve received many offers in the mail through the years. The last one has really caught my attention. Hopefully someone on here can get me started.
