New to the game and just interested in time line of drilling a horizontal well. They spudded in on or around 10/21/17 in SE Quarter 136 going north into 137. We drove down from Lubbock on 11/01/17 and they are deffinatetly drilling, very large operation even laying pipe line headed north. Talked to a pumper for Primexx who is drilling the well and he said move off date is 12/02/17 and then a fracking team would be on site for 18 days for completion before going on line sometime after first of year. Does this sound like a reasonable time line and is there anyway to know when the fracking starts as I have been told that it’s worth driving down to see the action. I also read somewhere that the designation of well as 10H indicates there could be more wells drilled on this site but also read that the 10H on well has nothing to do with more wells being drilled other than Well number 10 and it’s a Horizontal well, just curious. I have searched for production number in this area but not having a lot of luck or just not looking in right place, so wondering if anyone has production number in the area or maybe a link to where i can research. Any information or knowledge about the process will be greatly appreciated and educational for someone doing this for the first time. Thanks in advance Stan

If you can give us the Section, Block and/or Abstract # of where your minerals are located we will hopefully find some production data for the area.

Clint, Thanks for the reply. Abstract # A-5011, Block/Section 13/136, Well API: 42-389-36295. There seems to be more wells to East and North East few mile over but this area seems to be fairly new production area.
