I have interest in Tract 45,46, and 70, but have no information on what that is. I get checks from Pioneer, but they say they do not hold the original lease. I have the most recent deeds but nothing on the lease or how/when the unit was form. Have received an offer to sell but looking for information to make an informed decision. Pretty much a mineral newbie if you hadn't guessed.
