My family owns a working interest in the Griggs & Schoenhals wells in Section 3, Block 12, H&GN RR Survey. We have been approached to sell our working interest, but the offer appears far too low based upon prior production. And any time we are approached unsolicited about any of our mineral interests, my antennae goes up - perhaps they know something they hope we don’t know. So my question for the forum is, is this area becoming more active, and are our wells affected? All input would be appreciated. Thanks!
