Recently received unsolicited offer for royalty interests 100 acre parcels for Upton County Sec. 44 Block C. Interested in activity or estimated royalty value. As far as I know it has been non- producing.
@Jollymon, the east half of sec 44 blk C has several horizontal wells operating for the past year. Permits are shown in the adjacent section to the west.
