Ever hear of CalTex operating or Eagle Ford Oil Co?
CalTex used to lease our property, and I have to agree......inept.
Did Eagle Ford Oil take over? I have no information other than signs on old well heads that have not produced in years. Did your well get P&Aed?
no. no one took over because I had to get a lawyer and get rid of cal-tex because their lease was up, and they were still coming on our property and "swabbing" the wells, etc. The railroad commission finally made them plug the wells. Not sure what P&Aed means.
Plugged and abandoned, sorry. Well the RR commission has not been very helpful. A lawyer sounds costly. I can't find any assignment from Caltex to this Eagle Ford Oil. No operator #, nothing. Did you use a lawyer out of Seguin? I appreciate your help.
No, I live near Corpus Christi, so I used a lawyer down here. But get with William Knobles in Seguin. He's a good lawyer and works with the oil and gas business.
