Very recently INEOS reclassified several Dimmit County wells from oil to gas in the Eagle Ford play near Valley Wells. They also took over South Texas Facility Permits from Expand Energy (Previously Chesapeake) in Dimmit County. At the same time they transferred 15 air permits to RedBud E&P in their Washington County Eagle Ford / Austin Chalk play areas signaling a possible exit from the Central Texas play. Has anyone heard rumors of RedBud making an entry into Dimmit County or of any INEOS planned activity in Dimmit or LaSalle Counties?
