Is it recommended that we use an attorney when selling the mineral rights? How do you know how much is a fair price? Is that something that the attorney would help us with?
How would I find a buyer? We have probably 20-30 written offers from people ranging vary drastically. I have zero idea how to make sure we are getting the correct amount. I figure I should be careful about the offers coming to be without directly asking.
