What Township are you in? We don’t have a lot of people in our group, I suspect most are HBP and cannot get out of their lease and subsequently don’t spend any time here. Getting info from people seems a little difficult. Everyone, well most people are suspect of others and guard their info. I have 166 acres of unleased land and have talked to four landmen most are about the same offers, no decision as yet.
I have 50 acres northwest Crawford, a shut-in well. The gas company has no interest in it. They drilled on all but one side because the neighbor won’t deal with them.
