What township are you in? We don't have alot of people in our group,I suspect most are HBP and cannot get out of their lease and subsequently don't spend any time here, getting info from people seems a little difficult. Everyone, well most people are suspect of others and guard thier info. I have 166 acres of unleased land and have talked to four landmen most are about the same offers,no decision as yet.
