My kids inherited oil contracts in Tyler County, WV. We have been dealing with them for a year and would like to sell our mineral interest. Some are 8 or 10 years old and some new. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You can call a local oil and gas attorney in Tyler County. Real estate agents, typically, are not in the business of listing mineral rights. You can contact some of the buyers in the directory above, or list them in some of the oil and gas auctions. If you know landmen, you might ask them. Further, if you can search the Tyler County clerk’s land records, you can see who buys mineral interests in Tyler County, West Virginia.
