I own mineral rights in sw/4 section 23-11N-20 w Washita Co ok. I would like to sell

or lease these mineral rights. I would like to know if you sell mineral rights, what

is the going rate for mineral rights in this area.

Also what should you expect from a lease per acre in this area. Also would like to know

if there has been any activity in this area 2013.
