Hello I purchased some mineral land. The operator was questioning my deed. They stated the title was approved and ask me to stop emailing them to allow them to make transfer. The well is active but the payment and production payment doesn’t seem right to me. It had natural gas and oil. I need to know the important question to confirm they are not getting over on me.

Give them some time to transfer. The payments will be based upon the net mineral acres, the spacing unit, the royalty and any allocation factor if the wells goes over several tracts or sections.
