Slide10.JPG Slide9.JPG Slide8.JPG Slide7.JPG Slide6.JPG Slide5.JPG Slide4.JPG Slide3.JPG Slide2.JPG Slide1.JPGHello, I recently acquired JOP for my father's estate along with my siblings. I sent the JOP to the Operator on our land and he in turn sent me a title opinion. This title opinion in which he sent me was the opinion on my father's mother side of the land. She died in 1972. I did not have that land in the succession which was originally 160 acres and on his opinion for that land he claims he researched her patent and it was 27 acres. I told him I don't know how he could have searched her patent it was only 27 acres but I have a copy of her original patent and it is 160 acres. But this is not my problem. My problem is he's trying to tell me it is the opinion for both my father parents and I told him it is not possible for one, my Grandfather Herbert Blankenship was still living and my Great Grandfather my grandmother dad was still living. There are a lot of crooked people in Louisiana and I'm just trying to find an honest person to help. See on my father's dad side there is 420 acres that I received JOP for. We are just trying to collect our proper interest. Oh and by the way when my father filed his original succession for his father the attorney, I thought made a mistake but maybe it wasn't a mistake, so I had to file an amended succession for my grandfather first because the attorney had on their only 4 acres of undivided interest when it should have been 420 acres of undivided interest. We have gotten that corrected also.

I haven't read over everything you attached, but it sounds to me like you need an experienced Oil and Gas Attorney, which is always best in these situations.
If you don't know any, accept my offer to become a friend on The Forum and I'll send you the names of a couple of exceptionally experienced ones that I know in Shreveport.
Hope this helps -

Could you please send me the names. Thank you so much. I do have additional information also. I actually have enough to write a book, so just let me know what you need.

I will be happy to, but The Forum does not allow for solicitations in this, their primary format. That is a rule that I very much agree with, as it allows them to protect people such as yourself from the Predators that are out there as well as they are able to.
It is my understanding that, officially, you will have to go the their Main or Home Page, sign yourself in if necessary and look for my invitation to become a Friend (look for a red flag in the upper right hand corner) and accept it.
Through that level of communications, as Friends on The Forum, we can share direct contact information and, even if not, discuss things privately - away from this, the more Public Arena side of The Forum.
Hmm... Now that I've thought about it, just email me at fieldlandservices@gmail.com and provide me with your contact information. That should be alright with the Monitors. After all, I'm not soliciting any work from you, just passing along the names of a couple of Attorneys.
Yikes! I hope this passes inspection by The Forum Constabulary -

Mr. Tooke, I have never seen you post anything outside the rules. I would like to thank you and many others for helping people.
