I have read my Abstract Of Title and may have found where my mineral rights were split. Pages 41-47 of my Abstract Of Title. Can someone please confirm this? I have uploaded it to my Google Drive for downloading.

The attached abstract is a surface-only abstract. The first mention of minerals is on page 40 where half are reserved when the surface was sold. However, because this is a surface-only abstract no one can tell you for sure that minerals were not sold prior to this deed. The county records will need to be checked.
