Section 27, township 5 North, Range 12 West, 240 acres. I have inherited mineral rights for this property in 2010. We are paying an annual fee to Oklahoma Mineral Owner Registry. But we have no idea if there is any activity on this property. Any help would be appreciated.
I don’t see the point of the registry. If your name and address is correct with the county land records then companies will find you. If you move or your name changes then a simple affidavit with a one-time charge is needed.
Looks like there was one dry hold back in 1946. Nothing since then. In my opinion, don’t waste your time on the directory. The County Courthouse is the legal repository of your information.
