I just got a lease offer from Diamond: 5 years, $500/acre bonus & 3/16ths royalty. There were a number of serious problems with the proposed lease terms, so I rejected it. However, I’d like to get a better feel for the current market. Does anyone have any information regarding the current market and what other companies might be leasing. Besides, dealing with Diamond has long been “interesting” to say the least.
After years of nothing, but crickets, I have started to get inquiries regarding this and property in other counties.
