I received a pooling bonus letter last June from Longfellow Energy. When I called to check they said they had been bought by SK Nemaha. I still have not seen my signing bonus yet. Is Longfellow responsible or SK Nemaha? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, GW
If you had a signed lease before the pooling and it was still valid, then you will not get another pooling bonus. If you had an expired lease, then you should get a bonus. Contact SK Nemaha by certified return receipt letter and inquire.
