I don't have mineral rights as far as I know my uncle sold them

I’m going to be as brief as I can regarding multiple factors, I am the court appointed administrator and only heir to the Kingston residence on fm 2119.

209 0r 219 acres section 74 block 4, abstract 3924 h&GN RR Co.Reeves County, Tx

I don’t have mineral rights as far as I know my uncle sold them, but I still need help.!

My uncle passed, then my nanny then my mom before signing in probate , which left me as the last and the catcher of a 6 year probate.

During those 6 years with no one actively on the property except the oilfield companies.

Pdc sold to Chevron, who has an active SUA stating firm agreed amount to purchase water from us, where Chevron is trying to only pay half, for previous pumped , unpaid water from over a year ago.

I now count 16 new wells since the signed (by my nanny) SUA, that had not been paid for, and were drilled before the Row was even with signature (as they brought it to me 2025)

There is a substantial amount due for past water purchase and the wells completed in what I believe to be legal trespass as I have done extensive research as best I can with available online resources. Yet no one seems to want to answer my questions where the companies are.

I’ve also been made aware of the salt and lithium being produced as these companies pump oil and gas using my water to frac and such. Which should hold accountable as some form of mineral right ?

I now have an letter of intent from a company to purchase all, for what started right under 1 mill and I said no. Now it’s at 3, which from my research I need to know if I’m being low balled as they didn’t hesitate . I hate the idea of selling but after everything I don’t see myself living there again. Please if anyone can steer me in a direction to help me understand better and not leave my grandfather and uncles legacy lessor.
