15-009-05264 Barton County, KS, well name Welch 2
Can anyone help me decipher this well and who’s operating it?
@Eddie_Vizzo_s, API 15-009-05264 is a dry and abandoned well in 14-20S-13W named Moore. There is also a Welch 2 well in 11-20S-13W that is plugged and abandoned. The Welch 2 well was last operated by Texas Energies. Both wells have been abandoned since the 1960’s.

@Eddie_Vizzo_s, the last well you listed (15-051-05264) is an active well in Ellis County, Kansas. It has been producing since the 1940s.

Hey Pete. I called them today and was told he’ll get his attorney to contact me and he hung up the phone before I could ask a question… How should I pursue this matter? Should I ask for 1099s or report to IRS?
