I have .121 acres in denton county, lewisville,tx, and i would like to sell my non-producing mineral rights, of which i will recieve 20% of everything extracted, once they start drilling.Could someone direct me to anyone interested in buying my mineral rights.

Here is what it says on the lease:containing 0.121 gross acres,more or less etc… then under the royalty section it states that the royalty shall be 20% of such production for oil and other liquid hydrocarbons seperated at lessee’s seperator facilities.
