Is Alta Natural Resources a good co. to lease to? The terms are fine, bonus is 0-250 acre depending on the RI you select.
Louise, I leased with United/Alta this summer. Spoke to Joe. Said they were going to frack and they were optimistic. Got my bonus but havenāt got any royalties yet. That was in June. Donāt mess around they will try to force pool you in 2 weeks if you donāt respond.
