Help! Need market value for minerals. I am thinking about selling. What’s the correct price? I own 18.75 net mineral acres in all (640 acres) of Section 34, Block 31, Township 2N, T&P Railroad Survey. Currently leased at a 25 percent royalty with 2.5 years left on the lease. No production on my property but I am surrounded by rigs and good volume wells, operated by SM Energy.
